09/30/08 | Angela Russell | Entering the Land of Dreams |
![]() | THE LAND OF SMAERD ("dreams" spelled backwards) is a story that mirrors the unfathomable source from which all of creation emerges and emphasizes the importance of helping children cultivate creative imagination. The original story was written by Angela when she was ten years old and recently rewritten in verse by her sister, Andrea von Botefuhr. In addition to delighting the senses, it introduces children to a basic understanding of the "unified field" of all possibilities, quantum mechanics as a recreational activity (eliminating boredom), leveraging and directing emotion (energy-in-motion), and the fun and freedom of dreaming beyond limitations. | |
